About the Role
We are hiring one of our early team members someone excited about the exhilaration (and chaos) of building a company from the ground up. This role will help build and power the growth engine at Allsec AI.
You will be involved across the board: researching markets, identifying prospects, creating pitch decks, sending cold emails, jumping on calls, experimenting with outreach strategies, and continuously refining what works. This is not a traditional plug into a department role it is hands-on, dynamic, and ownership-driven.

Key Responsibilities1. Market Research & Strategy
- Identify and segment target markets (industries, geographies, buyer personas)
- Conduct competitor research and benchmark offerings
- Develop prospecting strategies in collaboration with founders and tech leads
- Create simple reports and dashboards to track outreach performance
2. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Build and maintain prospect databases via LinkedIn, Apollo, and similar tools
- Draft and send cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups
- Experiment with subject lines, CTAs, and outreach strategies
- Qualify leads, book meetings, and support early-stage sales conversations
- Participate in introductory or pre-sales alignment calls when required
3. Marketing Content & Design
- Create marketing collateral such as one-pagers, presentations (Canva), and social posts
- Draft content for email campaigns, ads, and lead nurturing initiatives
- Assist in maintaining the website, LinkedIn page, and CRM records
- Support the development of landing pages and case studies
4. Additional Responsibilities
- Support webinars, events, and campaign execution
- Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, or interns as required
- Contribute to building scalable internal systems and outreach processes
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in marketing, pre-sales, sales operations, or start-up roles
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Canva, and email tools
- Self-starter with strong ownership mindset
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable engaging with CXOs and product leaders
- Interest in technology, AI, or B2B SaaS environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive)
- Familiarity with outreach platforms (Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo)
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or AI/ML businesses
- Basic understanding of SEO or paid marketing campaigns
