About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented professional passionate about driving startup growth, marketing outreach, and business development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and market execution, with the ability to collaborate closely with product and technology teams while actively driving market expansion.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, understands technology-driven products, and has experience building strategic partnerships, outreach initiatives, and revenue opportunities.

The candidate should also have exposure to wellness brands, wellness platforms, or technology-enabled ecosystems, with the ability to position and sell digital products or services effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive marketing outreach, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives to expand market presence.
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to understand platform capabilities and translate them into strong market offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with wellness brands, wellness platforms, and ecosystem partners.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for technology-enabled products and services.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and growth strategy development.
  • Lead client acquisition, relationship building, and strategic account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product positioning, marketing communication, and client onboarding.
  • Build and nurture high-impact partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
  • Support startup expansion and business growth initiatives through data-driven strategies.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a results-oriented professional passionate about driving startup growth, business development, and strategic outreach, with a strong foundation in capital markets and opportunity assessment.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate proven excellence in market research, strategy development, and growth hacking, and have the ability to help early-stage ventures scale sustainably and strategically.

Candidates with experience collaborating with technology teams, product teams, and cross-functional business units will be highly preferred.

Preferred Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Outreach, Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth Strategy roles.
  • Experience working with technology teams, product teams, or digital platforms.
  • Exposure to wellness brands, health-tech platforms, lifestyle brands, or wellness ecosystems.
  • Strong ability to position, market, and sell technology-driven products or services.
  • Experience building go-to-market strategies and scaling business verticals.
  • Understanding of startup ecosystems, capital markets, and business opportunity assessment.

Additional Exposure (Preferred)

Candidates with experience in diverse sectors such as healthcare, fintech, marine technology, voice tech, or digital platforms will be valued, particularly those who have contributed to product development, market expansion, or strategic growth initiatives.

Experience working on large-scale campaigns, strategic partnerships, or mission-driven initiatives will be an added advantage.
