We are hiring a
Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution Specialist to support US-focused marketing programs across email campaigns, retail execution, creative coordination, and asset management. This role is highly execution-driven and ideal for someone who enjoys turning plans into polished, on-time marketing deliverables across both digital and physical channels.
You'll work closely with design, PR, retail, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly, assets are accurate, and brand standards are consistently met.
What You'll Work On
Email Campaign Execution (US Audience)
Execute and schedule email campaigns for US customers and retail partners.
Support both one-off campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys.
Coordinate content, approvals, and timelines to ensure error-free execution.
Monitor performance metrics and share insights for optimization.
Retail & Offline Marketing Coordination
Manage execution of offline marketing assets including in-store displays, POS materials, and retail activations.
Act as the coordination point between internal teams and external designers.
Track revisions, feedback, and final approvals for retail creatives.
Ensure all physical assets align with brand and retail requirements.
Creative Asset & Brand Operations
Maintain structured libraries for images, videos, and marketing creatives.
Own asset versioning, approvals, and accessibility for cross-functional teams.
Ensure brand consistency across all distributed assets.
PR Support & Content Production
Coordinate marketing and PR deliverables with external partners.
Support planning and execution of product and lifestyle content shoots.
Ensure all assets meet brand quality standards before external use.
