We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep Adobe Workfront expertise and strong experience supporting marketing and marketing operations teams.
This role will lead project management for the Marketing Operations team and additionally provide project management support in Workfront for select marketing teams, driving consistent and on-time execution, timeline and resource management, process adherence, and visibility across the broader marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for the Marketing Operations team, including operational initiatives, system-related projects, process rollouts, and cross-functional programs.
- Own prioritization, timelines, task planning, and execution for MOps-led work in Adobe Workfront.
- Partner closely with Marketing Operations leadership to manage dependencies, capacity, and delivery expectations.
- Provide project management leadership and administration support in Workfront for select marketing teams (e.g., campaigns, programs, events, content).
- Ensure supported teams follow standardized intake, templates, workflows, and timelines.
- Assist with project setup, task routing, dependency management, and follow-through.
- Own day-to-day execution of projects in Workfront from intake through completion.
- Maintain strong Workfront hygiene to support accurate reporting and visibility.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep work moving and remove blockers.
- Surface risks, resourcing constraints, or timeline issues early with clear recommendations.
- Partner with Workfront admin team leadership on process enforcement, template usage, and governance.
- Provide feedback on workflow gaps, optimization opportunities, and scaling needs.
- Support continued adoption and consistent use of Workfront across teams.
- Leverage dashboards and reporting to communicate status, throughput, and constraints.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- 8–10+ years of project management experience in marketing, creative operations, or marketing operations
- Deep, hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (admin-level experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution models
- Proven ability to manage high-volume intake and multiple concurrent workstreams
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively
- Experience working asynchronously across global teams and time zones
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale marketing organizations and navigating complex approval workflows is preferred
- Experience assisting with the scaling of Workfront adoption across multiple teams is beneficial
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as agile, scrum, and waterfall is desirable
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an advantage
Tools:
- Adobe Workfront is essential for this role
- Familiarity with additional project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Smartsheet or similar platform is highly desirable and considered an advantage
- Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, which is required for day-to-day operations and reporting
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Eloqua or Marketo, 6Sense
- Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem is considered a plus.
