Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our
Revenue Operations function. This role is central to ensuring the integrity of our sales data, the
accuracy of our revenue reporting, and the operational excellence of our go-to-market

Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Sales Attainment & Revenue Trend Analysis
Track, analyze, and report on sales attainment metrics across teams, segments, and
geographies on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Identify performance trends, gaps, and growth opportunities across the revenue funnel and
communicate findings to leadership.
Build and maintain models to forecast revenue trajectory based on pipeline health and
historical attainment data.
Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to align attainment benchmarks with
organizational revenue goals.
2. Revenue Operations Process Management
Own and optimize end-to-end revenue operations processes including lead management,
pipeline governance, deal desk coordination, and territory planning.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing revenue workflows and drive process
improvements in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all RevOps processes.
Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success operations for
seamless handoffs across the funnel.
3. Data Hygiene & Integrity
Establish and enforce data quality standards across CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot or
equivalent) and connected revenue tools.
Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps in
the database.
Evaluate and optimize the existing database architecture, ensuring it is scalable, accurate,
and fit for business reporting purposes.
Define data governance policies and work with stakeholders to ensure adherence across
teams.
4. Dashboard Management & Reporting Accuracy
Own the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of revenue dashboards,
leveraging Excel, Google Sheets, and available reporting tools to present data clearly and
accurately.
Ensure all dashboards reflect accurate, real-time data and are updated on a defined
cadence weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Serve as the single source of truth for revenue numbers shared with the executive team
and board-level reporting.
Proactively surface anomalies or discrepancies in reported numbers and drive resolution
with relevant teams.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & MOM Reporting
Lead structured conversations with revenue stakeholders including Sales, Marketing,
Finance, and Customer Success leaders.
Prepare and distribute accurate, insightful Minutes of Meetings (MOM) following each
revenue review, QBR, and pipeline call.
Drive accountability by tracking action items from stakeholder meetings and following up
on open items to closure.
Communicate complex data and operational insights in a clear, concise manner tailored to
executive and operational audiences.
6. Program Management
Own and manage multiple Revenue Operations initiatives simultaneously with defined
timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
Act as the program management hub for cross-functional revenue projects, coordinating
workstreams across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Finance Ops.
Maintain a centralized project tracker and provide regular status updates to senior
leadership.
Proactively identify risks to program delivery and drive mitigation plans.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have
3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales
Operations.
Proven experience managing and improving CRM data quality (Salesforce, HubSpot, or
similar).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets including pivot tables,
advanced formulas, data validation, and building structured reporting templates.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in day-to-day work and
proactively leverages AI to automate manual, repetitive tasks across reporting, data
cleaning, and operations.
Demonstrated ability to analyze sales attainment trends and present insights to senior
leadership.
Excellent program management skills comfortable managing multiple workstreams with
competing priorities.
Strong written communication skills, including experience drafting clear MOMs, executive
summaries, and status updates.
