About the Company
A global media company is building its India operations and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its marketing operations team. You will give a high-output marketing org the systems, data, and process to run at scale. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will own the engine behind marketing, keeping campaigns, tooling, and reporting running smoothly so the team can focus on the work that moves the needle.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Tooling
- Own marketing workflows, campaign operations, and project intake
- Administer marketing automation, CRM, and martech integrations
- Manage data hygiene, lists, and segmentation
Measurement & Reporting
- Build dashboards on campaign performance, pipeline, and spend
- Track attribution and surface insights for marketing leadership
- Identify gaps and drive practical process improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years in marketing operations, demand generation, or business operations
- An analytical, process-first thinker with attention to detail
- Comfort with marketing automation, CRM, and reporting tools
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms
- Exposure to media, SaaS, or high-output marketing teams
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
