Job Description
About SuperOps
SuperOps is building the AI-native platform for modern IT management unifying PSA and RMM into a single, agent-first system that enables IT teams and MSPs to run and scale their operations with dramatically less manual effort. We are backed by Addition Partners, March Capital, Matrix Partners India, Elevation Capital, and Tanglin Venture Partners
SuperOps is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the full marketing infrastructure - from the systems and automation that power our campaigns to the data and attribution layer that tells us what's working. This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and technology.
You will own everything: HubSpot infrastructure, lead lifecycle and scoring, multi-touch attribution, AI-native workflows, campaign operations, SDR enablement, and the reporting systems that keep the revenue team aligned. You won't just manage tools - you'll build systems that diagnose problems, surface insights, and keep the pipeline moving.
What You'll Own
Marketing Operations Strategy and Operating Model
- Build and own the Marketing Operations roadmap, operating model and quarterly priorities.
- Create a clear intake and prioritisation process so the function focuses on work with measurable pipeline or efficiency impact.
- Establish documentation, change-management and continuity standards for critical systems and workflows.
- Partner with Marketing, RevOps, SDR leadership and Finance on shared definitions, processes and service-level agreements.
Marketing Systems and Lifecycle
- Own and continuously improve HubSpot's marketing architecture, including properties, workflows, segmentation, campaign structures, lifecycle automation and integrations.
- Define and maintain lifecycle stages, qualification criteria, lead and account scoring, nurture paths, routing and SDR handoffs in partnership with RevOps.
- Improve data quality through reliable enrichment, deduplication, field standards, governance and exception monitoring across contact and company records.
- Create documentation, change-control practices and service-level agreements that make critical processes reliable and easy to operate.
- Monitor routing performance and SLA adherence, using SDR feedback to improve lead and account quality over time.
GTM Intelligence and Market Research
- Build and maintain the target-account universe for IT and mid-market segments, with clear ICP tiers, verticals, regions, use cases and buying groups.
- Run the Marketing Research Engine (MRE) as a repeatable intelligence process that produces campaign-ready and SDR-ready audiences not one-off lists.
- Combine fit, engagement, intent and timing sign signals to prioritise accounts and recommend the appropriate nurture, campaign or SDR action.
- Use campaign outcomes and SDR feedback to improve data sources, segments, scoring models and targeting decisions over time.
- Evaluate enrichment and intelligence tools based on coverage, accuracy, cost and measurable impact on pipeline generation.
Measurement, Attribution and Planning
- Own Marketing's metrics layer and data dictionary, including lifecycle definitions, sourcing, influence and pipeline contribution.
- Build practical attribution and reporting across inbound, outbound, paid, events, partners and account-based programs.
- Translate funnel, campaign, channel and account performance into recommendations on audience, investment and next-best action.
- Partner with Growth, RevOps and Finance on trusted dashboards, budget-versus-actual reporting, forecasting and data-quality controls.
Campaign Operations and Enablement
- Turn audience and campaign strategy into scalable, measurable programs with Growth, Segment Marketing and Demand Generation.
- Standardise campaign setup, taxonomy, UTMs, lists, forms, nurture, routing, QA and post-campaign reporting.
- Build reusable playbooks for webinars, events, content, paid, partner and targeted-account programs.
- Support Web and Growth teams with form architecture, conversion tracking and experiment instrumentation.
- Equip SDR teams with prioritised audiences, campaign context, timely alerts and feedback loops while keeping sales execution with SDR leadership.
AI-Enabled Automation
- Identify, pilot and scale AI-enabled workflows for research, enrichment, qualification, routing, campaign QA, reporting and operational insight.
- Build practical automations in HubSpot, n8n and related tools; partner with technical teams when a solution requires custom APIs or data infrastructure.
- Apply appropriate human review, monitoring, fallback paths and documentation so automation remains accurate, safe and maintainable.
- Measure adoption, accuracy, hours saved, workflow reliability and business impact rather than tool usage alone.
What Success Looks Like in the First Six Months
- Publish a prioritised Marketing Operations roadmap with clear ownership, service levels and dependencies.
- Standardise lifecycle stages, qualification, routing and SDR handoffs, with visible exception and SLA reporting.
- Establish an account-level mid-market data model with ICP tiers, scoring signals and buying-group coverage.
- Launch a trusted full-funnel reporting view that connects campaign and channel investment to pipeline outcomes.
- Put two or more AI-enabled or automated workflows into regular use with measurable gains in speed, quality or decision-making.
What You Bring
Must-Have
- 6+ years of B2B marketing operations, revenue operations or GTM operations experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise across workflows, lifecycle management, segmentation, scoring, reporting and integrations.
- Experience designing lead-to-revenue processes in a sales-led or hybrid motion involving Marketing, SDRs and Account Executives.
- Strong command of funnel metrics, attribution, campaign taxonomy, UTM governance and pipeline reporting.
- Hands-on automation experience with tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make or Workato, and working knowledge of APIs and webhooks.
- Strong data fluency, including advanced spreadsheets and experience with BI tools, SQL or equivalent analysis methods.
- A track record of turning ambiguous business needs into adopted systems, workflows, metrics and documentation.
- Clear cross-functional communication and the judgment to align Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Finance stakeholders.
Strong Advantage
- Experience supporting an SMB-to-mid-market transition, account-based programs or complex B2B buying journeys.
- Experience with account scoring, intent signals, buying-group analysis or enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo or Clearbit.
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows with Claude, ChatGPT or comparable models, including human-review controls.
- Familiarity with sales-engagement tools, operational databases or data warehouses.
- Exposure to Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4 and Looker Studio from a measurement perspective.
You Will Thrive Here If
- You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are comfortable building the first version yourself.
- You treat Marketing Operations as a revenue system, not a campaign helpdesk.
- You care about clean definitions, reliable data and clear ownership before adding more tools.
- You build repeatable systems, use AI with sound judgment and document work so others can operate it.
