Role Description
Eunoia Designtech is seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Manager for its on-site location in Ahmedabad. The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee and streamline marketing processes across campaigns, manage marketing automation systems, and analyze marketing data to measure performance and drive improvements. Responsibilities will include collaborating across teams, monitoring operations efficiency, optimizing workflows, and reporting key insights to support business growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Marketing Operations and Operations Management
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics with advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data for actionable insights
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools and strategies
- Organizational and project management skills to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with CRM systems and campaign management tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in design or technology-related industries is advantageous
