Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager

Location: Hyderabad (near Madhapur Metro Station) – Work from Office ( Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Salary: Up to 4.8 LPA
Requirement: Laptop is mandatory

1. Physical School Operations
Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads and conversion to enrollments.
Local Outreach Campaigns: ROI from ads, fairs, and parent meetups.
Event Attendance: Participation rates at offline open houses and tours.
Brand Visibility: Growth in inquiries from local campaigns.
2. Franchise Business Marketing Operations
Lead Generation: Number of franchise inquiries generated.
Campaign ROI: Cost per franchise lead and conversion rate to qualified prospects.
Brand Visibility: Growth in franchise-related impressions, mentions, and traffic.
Franchisee Marketing Support: Satisfaction scores from franchisees on marketing support.
Localized Campaigns: Success of region-specific franchise campaigns.
3. Online School Marketing Operations
Lead Generation: Number of inquiries through digital campaigns.
Enrollment Conversion: Percentage of leads converted to enrolled students.
Campaign ROI: Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
Content Engagement: Performance of blogs, webinars, and resources (CTR, time spent, shares).
Community Building: Growth and engagement in online communities/social forums.
Retention Metrics: Student retention rates and parent satisfaction ratings.
4. General Marketing Operations
Event Success: Attendance & engagement rates for online/offline events.
