Role Description

We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Operations Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work on real campaigns that reach thousands of Indian SMBs, analyze and organize marketing data, and ensure smooth execution across marketing channels.

This internship offers hands-on learning you won't just follow instructions, you'll build and run real processes. You'll gain practical experience with modern marketing tools, contribute to meaningful campaigns, and understand how marketing operations function inside a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

1. Running multi-channel campaigns:

Set up and execute email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital campaigns with clear playbooks and support from the team.

2.Managing marketing data

Keep campaign data organized, tracking performance metrics, and prepare reports that help us make decisions.

3. Keeping our marketing engine organized:

Maintain content calendars, track campaign timelines, and manage documentation to ensure smooth and structured workflows.

4. Maintaining and improving our marketing tools :

Work directly with our CRM, email platforms, automation tools, and dashboards keeping everything updated and running.

5. Coordinating cross-functionally:

Work with sales, product, and content teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
• Open to full-time conversion after the internship.
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing, operations, or analytics.. Good Excel/Google Sheets skills comfortable with sorting, filtering, lookups, and basic analysis.
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset, excited to pick up tools like Instantly, Brevo, Pabbly, Gupshup, and AI-powered tools.
• Strong organizational skills and solid attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and genuine interest in marketing operations.

Bonus Points

• Prior internship or project experience in marketing, operations, or analytics
• Familiarity with automation tools, CRM systems, or marketing platforms
• Experience working with marketing data or creating dashboards
• Understanding of the Indian SMB market
