Job Title: Operations & Marketing Executive

Role Overview

This role is primarily focused on operations and marketing execution, ensuring seamless delivery of programs, campaigns, and webinars. The candidate will also contribute to sales support and conversions, working closely with schools to drive registrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management (Primary Focus)

Manage end-to-end program workflows including registration, documentation, and coordination

Maintain and update school database and CRM (Zoho)

Track student registrations and ensure data accuracy

Coordinate with schools for smooth execution of programs

Handle internal process documentation and reporting

2. Marketing & Campaign Execution

Plan and execute email campaigns via Mailchimp

Create and manage promotional campaigns across WhatsApp and other channels

Design flyers, presentations, and marketing creatives (Canva preferred)

Develop content such as program PPTs, whitepapers, and promotional material

Support ongoing content marketing and outreach initiatives

3. Webinar & Event Execution

Plan, schedule, and manage student webinars

Prepare presentations and ensure readiness of all materials

Execute pre-webinar promotions and reminders

Handle live webinar administration and post-event follow-ups

4. Sales Support & Conversion (20%)

Assist in identifying and connecting with school counselors via LinkedIn

Support lead generation and qualification efforts

Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with schools

Work towards driving program adoption and student registrations

Key Requirements

Fluent in English (mandatory)

Tech-savvy with ability to learn tools quickly

Basic design skills (Canva is a plus)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Good communication and coordination skills

Compensation

Base Salary: ₹15,000/month (based on experience)
