Job Description

Bench sales professionals are responsible for identifying potential client requirements, understanding their needs, and matching them with the skills and expertise of available IT professionals on the bench. They engage in business development activities, such as networking, and building relationships with clients and vendors.

Additionally, bench sales professionals may be involved in candidate screening, resume preparation, and interview coordination to ensure that the right IT and non-IT professionals are presented to clients. They may also provide ongoing support and communication to both the client and the IT or Non-IT professionals throughout the engagement.
