Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at WebCastle located in Kochi. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data and trends, managing social media accounts, collaborating with internal teams, and overseeing the marketing budget. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating content, monitoring competitors, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
Knowledge of marketing strategies and trends
Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and project management abilities
Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools
Creativity and ability to think outside the box
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in the web design or digital marketing industry is a plus
