Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Bahadurgarh. A highly connected and result-oriented professional capable of generating business through government tendering, strategic liaisoning, industry networking, consultant engagement, and direct client acquisition, with a strong understanding of the steel infrastructure and EPC business ecosystem shall be ideal. The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for driving business development, government tender opportunities, client relationship management, strategic networking, and liaison activities to generate sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilites

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Government Departments, PSUs, EPC contractors, utilities, and private clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate tenders through GeM, CPPP, state portals, and other procurement platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead vendor registrations, empanelments, and pre-qualification processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for preparation and submission of bids and proposals.
  • Represent VECPL at industry events, conferences, and business meetings.
  • Track market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.
  • Support commercial negotiations and order finalization.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Graduate in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–15 years of experience in business development, marketing, tendering, or liaisoning in infrastructure, steel structures, power, telecom, or EPC sectors.
  • Strong network within Government, PSU, and infrastructure industry circles preferred.
