Role Overview
Blockwee is hiring a Marketing Manager specialized in Venture Capital marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own strategy + execution end-to-end across brand, content, newsletters, and campaigns.
Our core marketing ethos is simple: marketing exists to reduce the sales cycle. We want someone who has already done VC marketing, can show tangible outcomes, and can scale what works.
What you would do
- Own the VC marketing engine: positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narrative
- Build and execute a content strategy that shortens the path from first touch to qualified conversation
- Run newsletters: planning, writing, editing, distribution, and growth loops
- Create and manage marketing workflows for:
- Founder / partner updates
- Investor-facing content
- Deal flow support content
- Event-led growth and community touchpoints (if applicable)
- Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, X, email, and website
- Turn insights into action: track performance, iterate, and improve conversion velocity
- Work closely with leadership to align marketing priorities with revenue and partnerships
What we are looking for
Mandatory: Prior experience marketing for a VC firm (not optional).
You should also have:
- Strong strategic thinking plus strong execution (you ship, not just plan)
- Proof of impact: examples of how your marketing reduced sales cycle time, increased qualified meetings, improved conversions, or accelerated partner/investor outcomes
- Excellent writing and editing skills (VC-grade clarity, not fluff)
- Comfortable owning marketing independently and building repeatable systems
- Ability to work remote with high accountability and weekly reporting
Bonus Points
- Experience building founder/investor communities
- Hands-on with CRM, email automation, and analytics
- Experience with portfolio storytelling, case studies, and investment narratives

Salary
80,000 per month (fixed)
