Job Title: Marketing Manager – upGrad Learning Centres (Offline Business Unit)

Location: Mumbai (with periodic travel to Learning Centre locations)

Working Days: 5 days (Monday – Friday)

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will lead city-level marketing for upGrad Learning Centres, with a focus on demand generation, student engagement, and brand visibility. This role involves managing campaigns across digital, outdoor, and on-ground channels to increase walk-ins, leads, and enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute city-specific marketing campaigns across digital, outdoor, and on-ground platforms.
  • Drive student walk-ins and leads through events, workshops, campus activations, and partnerships.
  • Execute hyperlocal and guerrilla marketing in student-dense areas to build awareness.
  • Develop and manage recurring student-focused events and college partnerships.
  • Localize national campaigns and oversee centre branding, merchandise, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Centre teams for aligned communication and lead follow-up.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and logistics for campaigns and events.
  • Track marketing performance using CRM data and city dashboards and share insights with the central team.
  • Skills & Experience

    • 4–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably in EdTech, education franchises, or youth-focused consumer businesses.
    • Strong understanding of event marketing, lead generation, vendor management, and campus partnerships.
    • Ability to work with CRM systems (LeadSquared preferred), Excel dashboards, and basic design tools.
    • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
