What we are looking for:
Role: Marketing Manager
We manage growth across a portfolio of brands, and you'll be at the centre of it. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-account environment: owning and executing growth strategies across paid media and organic channels simultaneously. You won't be handing briefs to someone else. You'll be on the platforms every day, building campaigns, analyzing performance, and moving quickly on what the data tells you.

What You'll Do
Paid Media
- Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn across multiple brand accounts
- Own budget pacing, bid strategies, and monthly spend reconciliation per account
- Write ad copy and brief creative teams on visual direction and format requirements
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and retargeting architecture
- Run structured experiments and document learnings across accounts
- Deliver clear, actionable performance reports to stakeholders
Organic Growth
- Drive SEO & GEO strategy, including on-page, technical, and link-building initiatives
- Plan and oversee a consistent content calendar aligned to each brand's voice
- Manage and grow LinkedIn and Instagram organic presence across accounts
- Identify and develop partnership, referral, and community growth channels
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to execute organic initiatives
- Monitor and report on organic KPIs: traffic, rankings, engagement, and reach
Multi-Account Operations
- Manage multiple brand accounts concurrently without compromising quality on any single one
- Maintain structured documentation of strategy, playbooks, and learnings per account
- Present performance updates and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate across teams to prioritize workloads during high-volume sprint periods
What You Bring
- 3 - 5 years in growth or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Prior experience working across multiple accounts or brands at the same time
- Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
- Comfortable with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console
- Strong written communication and copywriting
- Close attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Ability to context-switch across verticals and brand voices without losing depth
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot or Salesforce
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Exposure to e-commerce and D2C growth levers
- Basic HTML/CSS for landing page edits
How Success Is Measured
- ROAS across managed accounts
- Cost per lead and cost per acquisition against set targets
- Month-on-month organic traffic and engagement growth
- Stakeholder satisfaction and account retention
