We're looking for a Marketing Manager who doesn't just execute campaigns—but builds brands.
This role is for someone who lives and breathes marketing, understands internet culture, appreciates great design, thinks creatively, loves AI tools, and enjoys turning ideas into real-world experiences.
Role Overview: As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning the Tribe brand across every customer touchpoint—online and offline.
From launching campaigns and coordinating agencies to designing resident experiences, creating marketing collateral, improving social media presence, and developing unforgettable guerrilla marketing activations, you will be at the center of Tribe's brand growth.
If you constantly notice bad branding, poor typography, weak copy, average social media content or boring marketing—and immediately think of a better way—you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
* Be the custodian of the Tribe brand.
* Maintain consistency across all visual and verbal communication.
* Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
* Ensure every customer touchpoint reflects Tribe's premium positioning.
* Continuously improve brand perception.
Campaign Planning:
* Plan monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns.
* Build integrated ATL, BTL and Digital campaigns.
* Coordinate launches of new properties.
* Develop campaign calendars.
* Generate innovative campaign ideas aligned with business goals.
Agency Management:
Coordinate and manage all external partners including:
* Creative agencies
* Performance marketing agencies
* PR agencies
* Photography & Videography teams
* Printing vendors
* Event partners
* Influencer agencies
* Media buying partners
Ensure timelines, quality and budgets are maintained.
Copywriting & Content:
Create compelling copy across:
* Social Media
* Website
* Landing Pages
* Brochures
* Sales Decks
* WhatsApp campaigns
* Email campaigns
* Hoardings
* Signages
* Advertisements
* Event communication
* Internal branding
Excellent English writing skills are essential.
Social Media:
Be obsessed with social media trends.
Own Tribe's presence across platforms by:
* Planning content calendars
* Working with creators
* Suggesting Reel concepts
* Following trends
* Identifying viral opportunities
* Reviewing every piece of content before publishing
* Growing engagement and reach
You should naturally consume content from leading hospitality, lifestyle, architecture, fashion and luxury brands.
Creative & Design:
Work closely with designers while maintaining exceptional design standards.
Comfortable using:
* Canva
* Adobe Express (preferred)
* Basic Photoshop knowledge (good to have)
Review every design before publishing.
Have a strong understanding of:
* Typography
* Layout
* Colour
* Visual hierarchy
* Brand aesthetics
Property Branding & Spatial Marketing
Own the physical branding across all Tribe properties.
Coordinate and manage:
* Signages
* Wayfinding
* Wall graphics
* Room branding
* Reception branding
* Amenity branding
* Hoardings
* Window graphics
* Event branding
* Marketing displays
* Sales experience centres
* Printed collateral
Ensure every property feels premium and consistent.
Marketing Collateral
Develop and manage:
* Brochures
* Flyers
* Sales Kits
* Presentation Decks
* Standees
* Merchandise
* Welcome Kits
* Corporate Collateral
* Investor Material
* Event Material
* Sales Enablement Material
AI & Productivity
Leverage AI to improve speed and creativity.
Hands-on experience with tools like:
* ChatGPT
* Claude
* Gemini
* Canva AI
* Midjourney or similar
* AI image and video generation tools
Use AI for:
* Copywriting
* Campaign ideation
* Research
* Presentations
* Content creation
* Automation

Guerrilla & Experiential Marketing
Come up with unconventional marketing ideas that people talk about.

Coordinate with PR agencies and identify opportunities for:
