Role Objectives
Reporting to: GM Marketing as per leadership structure.
Qualification - Experience - Skillset
Qualification Requirement: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PG in Marketing preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 Years of Work Experience in Marketing / Sales preferably in automobile involving preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns and on-site implementation of planned events.

Strategic Planning:
Driving marketing activities for the dealership:
Event Management:
§ Actively execute high-quality dealer events that elevate brand presence and customer delight.
§ Drive pre-event promotions and post-event follow-ups to maximize lead generation and conversion.
§ Support strategy planning to unlock business opportunities through impactful on-ground engagement.
Ensure all events comply with brand guidelines and regulatory norms.
Sales Process and Service Core Process:
§ Oversee daily customer touch points to ensure high-quality, personalized interactions.
§Coordinate across departments to optimize experience delivery and digital showroom content.
§ Implement feel-good factors focused on interpersonal warmth and surprise elements.
Drive daily improvements based on weekly customer satisfaction analysis.
