Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies.
• Generate high-quality leads through digital and offline campaigns.
• Manage and optimize social media marketing activities.
• Plan and oversee promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Build partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage local marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing content and advertisements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Development.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns independently.
