Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead brand-building, guest acquisition, and engagement initiatives across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands and possess a strong understanding of storytelling, digital marketing, partnerships, and brand management.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive direct bookings, and enhance guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Strengthen brand positioning across all guest touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistency in brand communication, visual identity, and messaging.
  • Drive awareness and consideration for existing and upcoming properties.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and display channels.
  • Collaborate with agencies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor website traffic, lead generation, and booking conversion metrics.
  • Drive direct booking initiatives and reduce dependency on third-party channels.

Content & Storytelling

  • Create compelling brand narratives showcasing destinations, experiences, and guest stories.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and PR initiatives.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and creative shoots across properties.

Partnerships & Influencer Marketing

  • Build relationships with travel, luxury, lifestyle, and media partners.
  • Develop influencer and creator collaboration programs.
  • Identify strategic brand partnerships that enhance visibility and guest acquisition.

Public Relations & Events

  • Support PR initiatives, media interactions, and brand launches.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, experiential activations, and property showcases.
  • Coordinate participation in travel and luxury lifestyle events.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze guest acquisition channels and customer insights.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommend optimization opportunities.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, luxury retail, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing agencies, influencers, and creative partners.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
