Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and scale B2B SaaS marketing, drive brand awareness and demand generation, and lead a high-performing cross-functional marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team across content, product marketing, design, and performance marketing.
• Own the marketing strategy and roadmap for brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
• Strengthen brand positioning across website, social media, content, and sales collateral.
• Drive content, thought leadership, webinars, and product marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Founders on GTM strategy, launches, and messaging.
• Manage SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, LinkedIn, and marketing analytics to improve ROI.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with 1–2+ years of team management.
• Strong experience across content, product marketing, branding, and demand generation.
• Excellent leadership, storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work strategically and execute in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS, SEO, and campaign analytics.
