Primary Title: Marketing Manager - Solar Energy
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for solar products and services to drive qualified leads, pipeline and revenue across target segments (residential, commercial, institutional).
- Plan and run performance digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social ads) and optimize creative, targeting and bids to maximize ROAS and CPL efficiency.
- Own brand positioning and content strategycreate product collateral, case studies, website messaging, and sales enablement materials for channel partners and field sales.
- Manage CRM-driven lead nurture and marketing-automation workflows to accelerate conversion; align campaigns with sales for SLA-based lead handoffs.
- Execute channel and field marketing programs with distributors/partners: co-branded campaigns, events, dealer kits and local demand generation.
- Measure campaign performance, report ROI and insights to senior leadership; manage agency/vendors and marketing budget to meet KPIs.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 48 years of end-to-end marketing experience with demonstrable success in digital lead generation and revenue growth.
- Prior experience in solar, renewable energy, construction or electrical product marketing preferred; comfortable with technical product positioning.
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads) and managing paid social channels to drive performance metrics.
- Proven experience with CRM-driven campaigns, lead-nurturing workflows and coordinating sales/marketing SLAs.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign metrics (CPA, CPL, CAC, LTV) and optimize budgets for ROI.
- Experience managing external agencies, creative partners and cross-functional stakeholders on go-to-market execution.
Preferred
- Experience with channel/distributor marketing and B2B2C partner enablement in the Indian market.
- Familiarity with Indian solar policy, incentive schemes and market dynamics to shape localized campaigns.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and GA4-driven analytics implementations.
