The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role for a passionate marketing professional who wants to build powerful brands, shape stories that matter, and contribute to a greener future. As Marcom Manager - Solar Rooftop, you will own brand narratives, drive demand, service business requirements, build employer pride, and play a visible role in scaling one of Jakson Solar's fastest-growing businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing communication strategies for rooftop solar across C&I and residential segments
- Build and amplify Jakson Solar's employee branding and employer value proposition, positioning us as an employer of choice
- Craft compelling brand stories through campaigns, content, PR, digital platforms, and on-ground activations
- Create high-quality marketing and employer branding assets including brochures, case studies, videos, social media, presentations, and internal communication material
- Partner closely with HR, sales, and leadership teams to showcase culture, people stories, and career opportunities
- Drive lead generation and sales enablement through targeted, insight-driven campaigns.
- Support business team in organizing association meets, trade exhibitions, influencer programmes,
- Channel Partner Engagement Outlet branding, GTM Kit, Activation programmes, Dealer meets, POSM, etc
- Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, and timelines while ensuring consistent brand excellence
- Track performance metrics, campaign ROI, and continuously optimize marketing effectivenes
Work Experience
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 610 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of rooftop solar markets (C&I and residential)
- A creative storyteller with strong execution, stakeholder management, and digital marketing skills
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and building brands with purpose
