Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all online/offline and display advertising campaigns.

Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence.

Coordinate with vendors, negotiate quotations, and oversee project execution.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Drive new customer acquisition for residential project stock.

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Oversee company branding, office/employee visuals, and branding elements.

Develop and execute entry marketing strategies for new business initiatives.

Design and implement campaigns for new business ventures.

Manage and uphold brand identity across all mediums.

Handle PR (Public Relations), media outreach, and corporate communication for the group's businesses and new developments.

Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years handling digital marketing and public relations.

For Advertising Agency

Strong understanding of marketing tools, analytics, strategies, and public relations practices.

Proven experience in planning and executing PR campaigns and media relations.

Ability to coordinate with vendors, media agencies, and internal teams effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage media and public interactions.
