Marketing Manager – Growth & Revenue Remidio Innovative Solutions | Bengaluru

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, creative, and commercial operator, someone who can generate demand, build pipeline, and take ownership of revenue contribution across every channel they touch.

This is not a support role. You will own outcomes.

What You Will Own

  • End-to-end lead generation strategy across digital, CMEs, conferences, and field activations, with a clear line of sight from campaign to qualified lead to closed revenue
  • Conference and event strategy: from pre-event campaigns and on-ground presence to post-event follow-through, ensuring every event converts to pipeline
  • CME and doctor engagement programmes that build clinical credibility and create systematic referral and adoption pathways
  • Digital campaigns across SEO, social, paid, and content, designed for inbound demand generation, not just brand awareness
  • Creative campaign development, the ability to take a complex clinical product and turn it into a campaign idea that stops a cardiologist mid-scroll
  • Partnership with sales to ensure marketing-sourced leads are tracked, nurtured, and converted, with shared accountability for revenue targets
  • Budget ownership with a clear ROI orientation, every rupee spent should be justifiable against pipeline impact

What Good Looks Like

A growing pipeline with marketing clearly contributing to it. Events and CMEs that generate leads, not just footfall. Campaigns that people in the industry remember. Creative ideas that keep coming, and the discipline to execute them.

What We Are Looking For

6–8 years in marketing, with demonstrated experience in lead generation and revenue-linked roles. Background in medtech, healthtech, pharma, or a science-led B2B environment strongly preferred. Someone who has run events and CMEs, not just attended them. Comfortable with digital and equally comfortable in a room full of ophthalmologists. Strategic enough to build the plan, creative enough to make it interesting, and hands-on enough to execute it without waiting for a large team.

Fluent with AI tools and actively uses them, for content, research, campaign ideation, performance analysis, and workflow efficiency. This is not optional, we are an AI company and we expect our marketing team to think and work the same way.

A self-starter with ideas, and the hunger to see them through.
