Roles Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Plan, present and execute all events, exhibitions and roadshows viz. PWC events, Customer events, CP events and Sales events with budgets and timelines
- Identify relevant BTL agencies and finalize scope of work documents, pricing, manpower, timelines etc.
- Coordinate and execute the on-ground activation of every event
- Present the analytics and learnings of each activity
- Build and manage relationships with media agencies and media houses
- Negotiate best rates and execute campaigns and activities
- Coordinate all media releases with the in-house designer, the releasing agency and the media house to ensure correct and timely delivery of creatives
- Check all creatives on all parameters before releasing - brand guidelines, phone number, website, pricing, sizes, address, specifications, RERA number etc.
- Ensure we have a signed contract with all media houses and agency partners including media release agencies, advertising agencies, outdoor agencies, BTL agencies etc.
- Update all these agreements periodically and file them
- Visit all outdoor sites atleast twice a month and document observations with soft copies of site photographs
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- footprint across the relevant digital landscape through content that helps introduce the brand to our target audience and solicits a positive response or enquiry.
- Target audience - Home buyers or investors who are either from Pune or have Pune in their consideration set for buying or investing in a home
- Digital marketing - Increase brand awareness and engagement, Increase qualified leads and conversion rates, brand development promotions
