Job Description

Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who understands lead generation beyond just running Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should know different ways to generate quality real estate leads, think practically, and constantly test new strategies to improve results.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
  • Generate high-quality leads using different lead generation methods and platforms.
  • Explore and implement new lead generation strategies, tools, and growth opportunities.
  • Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for ads, landing pages, videos, and marketing content.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • (Preferred) 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • (Preferred) Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
  • (Must) Strong understanding of online lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • (Preferred) Hands-on experience with multiple marketing channels, including paid ads, content marketing, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, partnerships, referral campaigns, marketing automation, and other lead generation techniques.
  • (Must) Someone who enjoys testing new ideas, tools, and platforms instead of relying on a single source of leads.
  • (Preferred) Good understanding of analytics, tracking, CRM systems, and campaign reporting.
  • (Must) Practical problem-solving mindset with a focus on business results rather than just campaign metrics.
  • (Must) Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
