Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior growth and marketing leader who will build and lead an in-house marketing function from the ground up and take direct ownership of new client acquisition in the US small and mid-market.

This role goes beyond traditional marketing. The individual will be responsible for creating the marketing engine, generating a qualified revenue pipeline, and converting positioning and campaigns into new client wins across US Bookkeeping, Financial Advisory, and RCM services.

Core Responsibilities:

1. New Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth (Primary Accountability)

* Own and drive new client acquisition for US small and mid-market accounts

* Build a predictable, marketing-led pipeline for:

* US Bookkeeping & Accounting services

* Financial Advisory / FP&A / Virtual CFO services

* Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

* Work closely with leadership to define revenue goals, target accounts, and growth priorities

* Partner with sales and leadership teams to improve lead qualification, conversion, and closure

2. Build & Lead the In-House Marketing Team

* Design the structure of the in-house marketing and growth team

* Hire, mentor, and scale a team covering:

* Demand generation

* Content and messaging

* Campaign execution

* Marketing analytics

* Reduce dependency on external agencies by developing internal capability and ownership

* Establish clear roles, KPIs, and performance accountability within the team

3. Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning

* Create differentiated positioning for:

* US Bookkeeping

* Financial Advisory / FP&A / CFO services

* RCM services

* Translate service capabilities into clear, client-facing value propositions

* Own all growth-related messaging across:

* Website and landing pages

* Pitch decks and proposals

* Case studies and client materials

4. Branding & Market Presence

* Strengthen brand credibility and trust in the US market

* Drive thought leadership and industry-specific narratives

* Ensure brand tone remains consultative, credible, and CFO-aligned

* Support leadership visibility across relevant professional platforms

5. Campaign Execution, Metrics & Optimization

* Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including:

* LinkedIn and professional platforms

* Email marketing and nurture programs

* Webinars, events, and partnerships

* Define and track KPIs such as:

* New clients acquired

* Qualified pipeline generated

* Conversion rates

* ROI on marketing spend

* Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data

6. Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with:

* Sales and business development

* Service delivery leaders (Bookkeeping, FP&A, RCM)

* Founders and executive leadership

* Act as a growth partner, aligning marketing strategy with delivery capability

Requirements

1) 4-6 years of relevant experience

2) Experienced in handling social media

3) Understanding of SEO and GEO concepts

4) Experience with cold LinkedIn and email outreach

5) Experience of email marketing

6) Previous experience of Account Based Marketing is a plus
