Role: Marketing Manager
Location: India (remote/hybrid)
Experience: 36 years in marketing, growth, or content roles
Reports to: Founders / CMO
Salary Range: Rs 35,000 - Rs 65,000 + ESOPS based on dicussion
What you'll ownYou drive day-to-day marketing: growth experiments, content creation, community building, and coordination across product, tech, and marketing.
This is a hands-on execution role not a deck-making role.
Key Responsibilities1. Growth Experiments- Run fast, measurable experiments across social, SEO, email, paid, and community channels.
- Test ideas, analyze results, and scale winning experiments.
- Track conversions, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
2. Content Creation- Write and develop content: blogs, social posts, threads, scripts, landing pages, email campaigns, and case studies.
- Work with designers/editors for visuals and video assets.
- Maintain a consistent publishing calendar across platforms.
3. Community Management (Core KPI)- Build and grow the company's community (Discord, WhatsApp, LinkedIn Groups, forums).
- Drive engagement, discussions, events, AMAs, and challenges.
- Convert community members into loyal users and advocates.
- Track community growth, activity, retention, and referrals.
- Turn the community into a feedback loop for product and content.
4. Cross-Team Coordination- Work closely with product and tech teams to align messaging with releases.
- Coordinate updates, content requirements, and go-to-market timelines.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and external partners.
5. Campaign Management- Run end-to-end marketing campaigns across channels.
- Manage marketing automation, email flows, retargeting, and social posting.
- Ensure campaigns are executed cleanly and on time.
6. Reporting & Analytics- Track weekly performance for growth, content, and community.
- Present insights and suggest next steps.
- Understand what drives engagement, leads, and conversions.

- Strong writing skills fast, clear, engaging.
- Hands-on campaign execution experience.
- Experience managing online communities (Discord/WhatsApp/LinkedIn).
- Proficiency with marketing tools, CRMs, analytics, and AI tools.
- Ability to coordinate across tech, product, and design teams.
Nice-to-Haves- Startup or SaaS experience.
- Basic video editing or strong creative direction.
- Understanding of SEO and community-led growth frameworks.
- Experience hosting webinars, events, or AMAs.
