Job Description:
We are seeking a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking and prior leadership experience. The ideal candidate understands enterprise technology services marketing and has experience building marketing programs that support brand building, lead generation, and enterprise sales engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Market Positioning & Messaging
- Define and refine the company's market positioning and messaging across enterprise technology services.
- Develop industry-focused narratives and targeted messaging for Healthcare, Banking, and Insurance sectors.
- Clearly articulate the company's capabilities in AI-enabled solutions, digital platforms, and custom software engineering.
Enterprise Marketing Assets
- Lead the development of executive presentations, capability decks, solution narratives, and marketing collateral.
- Create case studies, client success stories, and thought leadership content that demonstrate business impact.
- Work with delivery and technology leaders to translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.
Brand & Digital Presence
- Elevate the company's website, brand communication, and digital presence to reflect enterprise-grade positioning.
- Ensure consistency and clarity of brand messaging across all external channels.
Sales Enablement
- Partner with sales leaders to develop targeted messaging and marketing support for key accounts and strategic deals.
- Create custom marketing narratives and presentations for enterprise pursuits and client engagements.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Develop and support targeted marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
- Work with sales teams to identify priority markets, accounts, and buyer personas and develop campaigns aligned with them.
Industry Events & Trade Shows
- Plan and support participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and technology events in India and the US.
- Develop event messaging, marketing collateral, and post-event follow-up strategies to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
- Coordinate with sales teams to leverage events for customer engagement and new business opportunities.
Industry & Analyst Engagement
- Build relationships with industry associations, technology communities, and analyst networks where relevant.
- Support initiatives that strengthen the company's industry credibility and visibility.
Leadership & Marketing Execution
- Bring prior experience leading marketing initiatives, campaigns, or small teams within technology organizations.
- Guide internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, content creators) to deliver high-quality marketing output.
- Drive marketing programs that enhance brand credibility with enterprise customers.
Thought Leadership & Visibility
- Strengthen the company's LinkedIn presence and executive visibility.
- Promote insights around AI, digital transformation, and industry innovation through structured campaigns and content.
What We Are Looking For
- 10–15 years of marketing experience in IT services, technology consulting, or enterprise technology companies
- Prior experience leading marketing initiatives, campaigns, or small marketing teams
- Strong expertise in enterprise technology messaging and solution marketing
- Experience supporting enterprise sales through marketing collateral and strategic messaging
- Experience managing industry events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns
- Exposure to lead generation and demand creation programs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, sales teams, and technical architects
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation development skills
