About Position:
This is a solutions & offerings marketing role focused on helping shape, package, and communicate Persistent's Data, Analytics, and AI offerings to the market. The role works closely with leaders to create compelling messaging, solution narratives, campaign assets, and sales enablement content that support pipeline creation and market visibility.
The role combines an understanding of enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI themes with strong storytelling, content development, and go-to-market execution skills. The individual will help translate technical capabilities and client value propositions into clearly articulated, differentiated business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
- Work with leaders to support the go-to-market of Data, Analytics, and AI solutions.
- Help translate solution capabilities, industry use cases, and customer value propositions into clear market-facing messaging and narratives.
- Develop and maintain solution collateral such as solution briefs, pitch decks, one-pagers, campaign content, case study outlines, sales talking points, and website copy inputs.
- Support packaging and positioning of offerings for different audiences, industries, and buyer personas.
- Create sales enablement materials that help internal teams articulate Persistent's value proposition more consistently and effectively.
- Assist in developing campaign themes and content for demand generation initiatives, events, webinars, inside sales, partner marketing, and strategic account outreach.
- Work with subject matter experts to convert technical content into simple, compelling, and differentiated messaging for external and internal audiences.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify messaging opportunities, emerging themes, and whitespace areas.
- Support the development of customer stories, proof points, and reusable content assets that strengthen solution credibility in the market.
- Help ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and positioning across solution assets and channels.
- Track content usage, campaign feedback, and field inputs to improve messaging and asset relevance over time.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, B2B technology marketing, content-led go-to-market, or a related role in a technology services or enterprise technology environment.
- Good understanding of Data, Analytics, AI, cloud, or digital transformation themes in enterprise contexts.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for business and technology audiences.
- Ability to convert complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
- Experience creating market-facing content such as solution decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, thought leadership pieces, campaign assets, or sales enablement materials.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams including consulting, sales, alliances, SMEs, and marketing stakeholders.
- Comfortable conducting competitor research, market scans, and messaging analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, content structuring ability, and sense of audience relevance.
- Ability to manage multiple content and GTM workstreams in parallel with a clear attention to metrics.
- Exposure to enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, cloud platforms, or technology services marketing.
- Experience supporting verticalized messaging for industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer, or Industrials.
- Familiarity with campaign planning, digital marketing support, event content, or partner marketing motions.
- Experience working with sales enablement or strategic solution teams in a B2B environment.
- Number of solution marketing assets & associated campaigns created, updated, and published per quarter
- Outcomes of campaigns, webinars, solution launches, or demand-generation programs supported
