Purpose of the Role The custodian of this role is expected to integrate the brand marketing efforts and drive brand growth as a part of Reach/Frequency maximization across all platforms. The incumbent must have strong analytical and strategic skills and good experience in brand/ digital marketing to anchor this role.
Principal Responsibilities
- To establish brand KPIs by focusing on communication instore and out store.
- She/ he is responsible in delivering the results for campaign communication effectiveness as per calendar
- Develop robust media strategies for the overall MORE brand and its BU's in line with the organizational objectives
- Manage offline and online media for Hypermarkets, Supermarkets. Provide support on Omni.
- Manage all marketing investments for the organization and provide a consolidated view.
- Communicate effectively with many cross-functional stakeholders (BU Operations and Regional Marketing teams) to ensure full support from relevant teams in executing the brand strategy.
- Stay ahead of the curve on innovations, best practices and latest trends on offline and digital media from brand management perspective
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all key metrics, experiments and Initiatives
- Monitor and administer various analytics dashboards, reports and ensure they are in sync with business deliverables and different internal stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end planning and implementation of MRPL performance marketing initiatives
Education & Experience:
- Education: MBA in marketing from Tier 2 institute.
- 3+ years experience in brand building and management
- Need to be adept with media planning in both traditional and digital marketing, performance marketing and communication planning
