Role Description

IHS is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager for an on-site role located in Bhubaneswar. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing initiatives, develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, analyze performance data, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, building brand presence, managing budgets, and engaging with stakeholders to promote awareness and engagement with the institute's mission.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management to develop and execute effective marketing plans tailored to organizational goals.
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Management to drive online engagement and outreach.
• Proficiency in Communication, Public Relations, and Stakeholder Engagement to foster collaboration and promote the organization's mission.
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
• Knowledge in branding and creative content creation to effectively communicate Margdarsi's mission and values.
• Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently for marketing initiatives.
• Passion for social impact and an understanding of nonprofit organizational dynamics would be advantageous.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. (BBA / MBA with Marketing)
