Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media campaigns across channels. You will own customer acquisition funnels, drive high-quality leads/conversions with efficient CAC, and scale our digital marketing efforts. The role will be two fold :

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale paid media campaigns across Google Search & Display, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), programmatic DSPs, affiliates, and other performance-driven channels.
  • Develop detailed media plans and buying strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring efficient budget allocation across channels and campaigns.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with media partners, ad networks, and affiliate publishers to unlock inventory, premium placements, and first-party data opportunities.
  • Own campaign trafficking and setup in ad platforms, ensuring correct implementation of tracking pixels, attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer/Branch), and audience segmentation.
  • Design and lead A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, placements, targeting options, and bidding strategies to maximize CTR, CVR, and ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign delivery daily; proactively identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief, review, and approve static, video, and interactive ad assets tailored to each channel's best practices.
  • Analyze paid media performance with detailed channel-wise, cohort-wise, and funnel-wise breakdowns; report insights, ROI, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, ad tech trends, policy changes, and emerging channels to keep our media strategy ahead of the curve.

Candidate Requirements

  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end paid media campaigns, preferably in fintech, Banking or insurance .
  • Proven expertise in media buying on platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, programmatic DSPs, and affiliate networks.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital advertising metrics: CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and funnel KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of ad tech stack including tracking, attribution, retargeting, audience segmentation, and lookalike modeling.
  • Solid experience with media planning and budgeting .
  • Familiarity with creative best practices for different ad formats (static, video, interactive) on various channels.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer/Branch, and data visualization in Excel/Sheets or BI tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills for dealing with agencies, media partners, and ad tech vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field; certifications in Google/Facebook Ads or media buying platforms are a plus.
