Role Overview

  • Kahani by i2c Events is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Marketing Manager who can lead the company's marketing function and drive measurable business growth. This role requires a professional who can develop strong marketing strategies, manage a marketing team, build brand reputation, and generate qualified business leads.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketing tools, multiple marketing strategies, brand positioning, and client psychology. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset with the ability to convert marketing efforts into business growth.
  • The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building a strong market presence and ensuring that marketing activities directly contribute to sales growth and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Identify new marketing channels and growth opportunities.
  • Implement innovative marketing approaches to improve brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

2. Brand Development & Positioning

  • Define and strengthen the company's brand positioning and brand identity.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand trust and reputation.
  • Establish clear brand communication and storytelling.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Develop creative campaigns that reflect the company's vision and values.

3. Online & Offline Marketing Management

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and manage social media marketing strategies.
  • Oversee paid marketing campaigns and lead generation campaigns.
  • Improve digital presence and engagement.
  • Work on content planning and digital campaign execution.
  • Monitor digital performance and optimize campaigns.

Offline Marketing

  • Plan brand promotions and marketing activities.
  • Manage exhibitions, partnerships, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop offline marketing strategies to support business growth.
  • Coordinate branding materials and promotional activities.

4. Sales-Driven Marketing

  • Develop marketing strategies that contribute to increasing inquiries and sales conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality.
  • Identify high-performing marketing channels.
  • Support business development initiatives through marketing insights.
  • Track and improve marketing ROI.

5. Marketing Tools & Technology

  • The candidate should have practical knowledge of modern marketing tools and platforms, including:
  • Social Media Management Tools
  • Meta Ads / Digital Campaign Tools
  • Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
  • CRM systems (Zoho or similar)
  • Excel and reporting tools
  • Canva or basic design tools
  • Email marketing tools
  • Lead tracking tools
  • Basic SEO knowledge

6. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and manage the marketing team.
  • Assign responsibilities and track performance.
  • Guide team members for better creative and strategic output.
  • Ensure coordination between marketing, sales, and creative departments.
  • Develop structured marketing workflows.
