We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement. Core responsibilities include designing campaigns, managing marketing communications, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The candidate will also lead efforts to expand market reach and foster strong customer relationships through impactful initiatives.

• Proven skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Experience in Marketing Strategy Development, Campaign Management, and Brand Building
• Strong Analytical and Reporting abilities to evaluate campaign performance
• Excellent Communication, Team Leadership, and Coordination skills
• Familiarity with Marketing Tools, CRM Software, and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Previous experience in the financial or investment sector is advantageous
