Role Overview
This role is for the ultimateConnector. You will be the crucialbridgelinking our clients, internal creative team, external vendors, and freelancers. This is a high-impact position focused on managing relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns from strategy to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and fostering strong, trustworthy relationships.
- Project Coordination:Oversee project timelines, coordinate deadlines, and manage asset flow between the creative team and client stakeholders.
- Strategic Communication:Act as the strong liaison between all parties, translating client needs into actionable briefs for the team and providing professional updates to clients.
- Campaign Execution:Assist in overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns and ensuring final deliverables align with the initial brand strategy.
- Feedback & Problem Solving:Proactively manage client feedback loops and address concerns to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience:Minimum6 months to 1 year of professional experienceworking in aDigital Marketing or Advertising Agencyis mandatory.
- Communication:Must befluent in spoken and written English.
- Education:We value real-world experience and talent;no specific educational qualification is required.
- Skills:Exceptional client relationship management, organizational skills, and a provenknack with words.
Location & Application Details
- Primary Location (In-Office):This is a full-time,on-site rolelocated in our office inAndheri (East), Mumbai.
- Big Plus:Prior experience ininfluencer scraping, outreach, negotiation, and dealing with digital talentis highly desirable.
