Location: Hyderabad, Tamil Nadu, Delhi Experience: 12+ years in textile industry Education Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Textile or Chemical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Sales
- Drive marketing and sales of coated fabrics
- Develop new markets and expand customer base
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to capture customer preferences
- Generate and manage dealer, distributor, and partnership networks
- Participate in major domestic and international exhibitions to generate business
- Ensure business growth and profitability in this vertical
- Manage secondary sales and product costing with management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Market Survey & Analysis
- Collect and consolidate data on consumers, competitors, and marketplace trends
- Provide competitive analysis on market offerings, pricing models, sales methods, and operations
Lead Generation
- Summarize key findings from client interactions to refine marketing communications
Client Servicing
- Process and execute client requests and product orders
- Handle queries regarding products, services, and processes
- Assist clients in product usage and keep them updated on new launches
- Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
MIS & Reporting
- Submit tour reports to senior management after each business trip
- Publish client meeting minutes via email and maintain order book trackers
- Prepare additional reports as requested by management
