- Designing customer offers for different markets to drive conversions
- Drive Marketing initiates for the state
- Develop visual marketing content for each store
- Drive initiatives to improve brand visibility
- The customer connect programs
- Footfalls and profitability of IFB Stores and conversions of leads
- Maintaining Display hygiene of the stores
- Market share related actions- New counters promotions & extraction from existing counters
- BTL activations
- Cross promotional tie-ups
- Marketing Calendar made every quarter and implemented regularly.
