Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The Marketing Manager will oversee and implement marketing strategies for promoting the company's services and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, developing market research strategies, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives. The role involves creating innovative promotional plans, enhancing the company's brand presence, and building strong client relations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketing strategies, Campaign Management, and Branding
- Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
- Ability to develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies, including Social Media Management
- Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills
- A background in Business Development and Client Relationship Management is advantageous
- Proven experience in achieving marketing objectives in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is beneficial
