Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad — or Remote (India)

About the Company

A Fortune 200 global organisation is building its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its founding marketing team. This is a ground-floor seat at a company investing seriously in India, with the scope to shape how the centre takes its brand and campaigns to market. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing calendar end to end, plan and run integrated campaigns, and connect every activity back to pipeline and growth. You will turn business goals into a clear plan and give leadership a sharp view of what is working.

Key Responsibilities

Campaigns & Execution

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, content, and events
  • Own the marketing calendar, budgets, and day-to-day delivery
  • Coordinate agencies, designers, and writers to ship work on time

Growth & Reporting

  • Track funnel metrics and tie spend to measurable outcomes
  • Build reporting that shows leadership the return on each channel
  • Test, learn, and double down on what drives results

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 7 years in marketing, growth, or campaign management
  • A track record of running campaigns that moved real numbers
  • Strong project management and clear, confident communication
  • Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to a GCC, multinational, or high-growth environment
  • Comfort with analytics tools and marketing automation platforms
  • An MBA or postgraduate qualification in marketing
