Marketing Manager Fintech NBFC

Role Purpose
Own and scale customer acquisition for a digital lending business, driving high-volume pipeline, efficient conversions, and portfolio-aligned growth across the full loan lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale performance marketing engines delivering 1000+ Daily In-Principle Decisions (DIP)
- Own full funnel: Lead Eligibility Approval Disbursal Repeat usage
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates across paid, affiliate, and partnership channels
- Collaborate with credit, risk, product, and collections to improve borrower quality and early repayment behaviour
- Lead data-driven experimentation (cohorts, attribution, funnel diagnostics)
- Strengthen trust-led communication for personal loan customers
Mandatory Experience
- 58 years in NBFC / Fintech marketing (must have NBFC exposure)
- Proven track record in scaling lending businesses 200Cr portfolio size
- Hands-on experience with personal loans / consumer lending
- Demonstrated ownership of high-growth acquisition pipelines (1000+ DIP)
Functional Skills
- Performance marketing, channel mix optimization, and attribution
- Strong analytical capability (CAC, LTV, cohort and funnel analysis)
- CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Cross-functional execution in fast-scaling environments
