This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Finsun Advisor Pvt Ltd in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The role will also involve creating and implementing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for the firm.

• Financial analysis and Market Research skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic planning and Analytical skills
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) would be a plus
