Company Description

The Company is a leading manufacturer of FIBC BAGS. Their vision is to accelerate change in plastic packaging industry to create an environment that improves the future for all through their consistent efforts.

Job Purpose:

To drive sales and marketing strategies for FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) products, ensuring achievement of sales targets, market expansion, and brand growth. This role requires deep product knowledge, strategic planning, and effective communication to convert leads into successful business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and proactive client engagement.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the FIBC product segment.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.

• Gain and maintain strong technical knowledge of FIBC products and specifications.

• Establish and strengthen the brand presence of FIBC products across targeted markets.

• Define and communicate clear Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) for FIBC offerings.

• Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and dispatch plans.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into successful business through networking and follow-ups.

• Leverage digital marketing tools such as email campaigns, social media, and web presence to boost visibility.

• Conduct market research to stay informed on competitors, customer trends, and emerging market opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in FIBC sales and marketing (minimum 5-10+ years).

• Sound understanding of technical details and product specifications of FIBC.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools including social media, email marketing, and CRM platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client handling and negotiations.

• Strong analytical mindset to assess market data and customer requirements.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
