Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Head of Sales, Marketing & Operations – Exhibitions to lead our exhibition business. The candidate will be responsible for driving exhibition stall sales, managing marketing activities, overseeing office operations, and ensuring smooth execution of exhibitions. This role requires strong leadership, revenue generation capability, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue

  • Drive exhibition stall sales and sponsorship sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and approach potential exhibitors, brands, startups, and industry partners.
  • Develop sales strategies and maintain a strong pipeline of exhibitors.
  • Negotiate and close deals with exhibitors and sponsors.
  • Achieve event revenue and profitability targets.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for visitor promotion.
  • Manage digital marketing, email campaigns, partnerships, and media collaborations.
  • Build brand visibility and industry awareness for exhibitions.

Office & Team Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the team.
  • Manage and guide the sales, marketing, and support staff.
  • Track team performance and ensure targets are met.
  • Maintain internal coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Business Development

  • Identify new markets and industries for exhibition growth.
  • Build strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, associations, and partners.
  • Explore opportunities for new exhibitions and event concepts.

Event Execution

  • Coordinate with operations team for stall allocation, exhibitor support, and event planning.
  • Ensure successful execution of exhibitions and high exhibitor satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills
  • Experience in exhibitions, events, sponsorship sales, or media sales preferred
  • Leadership and team management ability
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle office operations and multiple responsibilities

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 3–8 years experience in exhibitions, events, or B2B sales industry
