Position Overview
Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online brand presence, performance marketing, and lead-generation campaigns. You'll plan, execute, and optimize 360 digital campaigns that convert awareness into qualified leads for both residential and C&I solar segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage SEO/SEM, website analytics, and CRM integration for lead tracking.
- Create engaging ad copies, videos, and landing pages with the design team.
- Coordinate with sales to drive performance-based lead generation.
- Monitor ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics to optimize marketing spends.
- Manage social media calendar and brand reputation across platforms.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (solar/renewable preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and CRM.
- Strong analytical mindset and creative storytelling ability.
