Position Overview

Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online brand presence, performance marketing, and lead-generation campaigns. You'll plan, execute, and optimize 360 digital campaigns that convert awareness into qualified leads for both residential and C&I solar segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, website analytics, and CRM integration for lead tracking.
  • Create engaging ad copies, videos, and landing pages with the design team.
  • Coordinate with sales to drive performance-based lead generation.
  • Monitor ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics to optimize marketing spends.
  • Manage social media calendar and brand reputation across platforms.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (solar/renewable preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and CRM.
  • Strong analytical mindset and creative storytelling ability.
