We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, brand positioning, demand generation, and growth strategies across products and services.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, support sales growth, and strengthen Eminence Technology's market presence.

This role requires close collaboration with sales, business development, product, and leadership teams to drive measurable business outcomes through digital marketing, content marketing, growth campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand Management
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and market presence across digital and offline channels.
  • Create and maintain consistent brand messaging and communication.
  • Drive brand awareness campaigns targeting global markets.
Demand Generation & Lead Generation
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies for products and services.
  • Manage inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales teams to generate high-quality marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead conversion rates.
Digital Marketing
  • Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor website performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Improve organic visibility and digital reach through strategic campaigns.
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows.
Content & Campaign Management
  • Create content strategies including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to develop marketing assets.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market positioning.
  • Provide actionable insights to support business growth strategies.
Events, Partnerships & PR
  • Manage webinars, industry events, conferences, and networking initiatives.
  • Build strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Support public relations and corporate communication activities.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs including:
  • Lead Generation
  • Website Traffic
  • Campaign ROI
  • Conversion Rates
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Marketing-Sourced Revenue
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Demand Generation.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing within SaaS, Technology, AI, or IT Services industries.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, brand building, and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS, AI, automation, or technology companies.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, performance marketing, and content marketing.
  • Exposure to international marketing campaigns and global audiences.
