About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be managing a portfolio of INR 300 Crs+ with all the Leader brands in the respective segment. You will responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that maximize brand awareness, market share, and profitability within a defined budget. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals, overseeing all aspects of marketing activities from strategic planning and campaign creation to market research and sales forecasting.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour.
- Lead the creation and execution of effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print, and healthcare professional outreach.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) along with P&L management
- Handhold the team and provide conceptual clarity to the team
- Develop and interpret brand positioning and messaging for all marketing initiatives.
- Forecast product demand and sales to inform production and sales strategies.
- Oversee the activities of the marketing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, research & development, medical affairs) to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adaptation.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the pharmaceutical marketing landscape.
- Ensure compliance guideline are followed while promoting brands to HCP's
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving brand growth and achieving sales targets.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field, preferably with a specialization in marketing or healthcare marketing.
- In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment for pharmaceutical marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in managing and leading a marketing team.
- Budget management and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to develop and manage effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
Skills & Competencies:
- Project management skills to ensure timely and successful completion of marketing initiatives.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills to develop clear, concise, and compelling marketing materials.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software & Digital Marketing
- Fluency in medical terminology a plus.
