  • Location: Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Mumbai
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Position Overview

EIZO India is seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented Marketing Manager Digital to lead and strengthen our core digital marketing operations. This role will be responsible for building and executing integrated digital strategies focused on customer acquisition, brand growth, engagement, and measurable ROI.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and strategically strong with deep expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email automation, and social media marketing. This role requires ownership of the content calendar and execution across all digital touchpoints.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy Development
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with EIZO India's business objectives.
  • Drive customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization across all digital platforms.
  • Identify growth opportunities through performance data and market insights.
2. Content Planning & Calendar Management
  • Own and manage the monthly/quarterly content calendar.
  • Ensure consistent publishing of high-quality content across website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Align content strategy with customer pain points, product positioning, and brand messaging.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution.
3. SEO & SEM
  • Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategy to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits.
  • Plan and manage SEM/PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, display, retargeting).
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
4. Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Create automated workflows and segmentation strategies.
  • Monitor deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics.
5. Social Media Marketing
  • Develop platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Manage both organic growth and paid social campaigns.
  • Increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Track and improve performance through insights and testing.
6. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
  • Design and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and CTAs.
  • Implement funnel strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team for effective lead handover and tracking.
7. Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms.
  • Track KPIs including traffic, engagement, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use A/B testing and data analysis to continuously optimize campaigns.
8. Budget & Campaign Management
  • Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Allocate spend across channels based on performance.
  • Ensure campaigns meet predefined KPIs and business targets.
Secondary Responsibility
  • Support the creation of marketing creatives and graphics (basic design skills preferred).
  • Work with designers or agencies to ensure brand consistency across visuals.
Key RequirementsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns and delivering measurable growth.
  • Experience in B2B marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and keyword research tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign tracking.
  • Working knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus.
